Residency
Uniarts Helsinki’s Academy of Fine Arts offers international opportunities for Academy of Fine Arts alumni in the form of residency scholarships in partnership with Saastamoinen Foundation. The residency programme supports visual artist´s post academic studies by providing scholarships in prominent residency centres. The residency partners are Jan van Eyck Academiein Maastricht, International Studio & Curatorial Program in New York(ISCP), Liaison of Independent Filmmakers of Toronto (LIFT), Space studiosin London, Cove Park and Scottish Sculpture Workshop in Scotland. In addition, a graduate selected for a residency at Rijksakademie van Beldeende Kunsten in Amsterdam is granted a two year scholarship from the alumni residency programme. Alumni from the Academy of Fine Arts may apply for the scholarships.
